Added a appliance dolly and (4) dozen furniture blankets to my order. They were not in the truck. Called the 800 # to find out what I could do about getting these items. Was told I would have to go to another Uhaul store 45 minutes away. I asked to have items removed from Bill and have email confirmation sent. This has not happened yet. I will have to call 800# again to ask for refund. If items were unavailable at this location for my order then I feel that I should have been contacted so that I could have made other arrangements. The location ,equipment and staff were great, no problems. The U-Haul website and app were not helpful at all. Nothing worked, tired on different devices website and app would not send code. By text or e-mail. The call center had us on hold for 20+ minutes no answer.Michael K.
It was not clear with the rental key would be for me to pick up no one from the facility called me to confirm details or go over anything else I was not able to pick up the truck when scheduled and I had to pick it up almost 12 hours later so I was charge for two full days because it took me longer to do the moveBethany P.
I was charged for gas when I replaced it already and the vehicle I rented wasn't there so I was given a more expensive one told I'd be charged the same and the. Was charged more.Brandy S.

Well i called and made a reservation and was supposed to get a confirmation call and pick up the truck in loogootee. I did not receive a call so i called the toll free number and they could not find my reservation. So i rebooked and had to pick the truck up at a location further away. I was told i could pick the truck up at 9am in bedford. I get to the location at 850am. And waited til about 905am and nobody showed up. I called the number on the door and the lady had to take a shower and get ready while I sat and waited in their lot for her. She got there about 945am. By the time i was actually able to leave the lot it was almost 11am. Which put us way behind schedule. It was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone. Oh and did i mention the owner of the location stopped by and would not even get out and take care of me. She said I had to wait til her employee got there and then she left. Very very unprofessional!Darla S.

Celebrations was great. Your online 24/7 site is terrible. We had to download my husband s driver's license front and back at least 4 times. Then our first chat person abandoned us when he could not get things to go through. This was Victor, when we called back Juan assisted us afterat least two more attempts it was approved. THEN we could not get the lock undone no matter how we pushed and pulled, etc... So we werecheated out of 18 hours of getting started on our moving. Your site ia defective and we are immensely disappointed in UHAUL.Michael D.

Susan was also very helpful and friendly. There was an issue with an error in the app used to return the vehicle regarding mileage assessment. Even though it was just a few minutes from closing, she made numerous attempts to contact supervisors who could figure out a work-around. She stuck with it till it was resolved. AAA+++??????Robert L.

To next customer: Be aware that they will charge you $20 if you are ONE HOUR late. They set return date and time as 48 hours, which for me was Friday at 5:00. I returned the trailer at 6:00 on Friday evening. The return facility was open till 7pm, staffed by one teenage girl. There were NO customers in sight, and two other empty trailers sitting on the lot. Do you think they needed my trailer by 5pm?Marilyn A.
