John P.Buddy did not check in our truck for 9 days after we dropped it off, and our truck was mistaken and our bill was ran up to $3,200.00. Thankfully Corpus Christi, TX U-Haul was able to fix the problem.

Eula E.I was told I could modify my drop-off location at the time of pickup. However, nobody familiar with U-Haul procedures was present to help me. So I could not modify the drop-off. Luckily, I had already paid online because I would not have been able to make a payment at the pickup store. Also, the six moving blankets I had ordered were not in the truck ($5 cost). Plus, when I paid online there was an unexpected $5 environmental fee tacked on that had not been mentioned before. I plan to pursue getting a $10 (+ tax) refund from U-Haul.
