The truck was filthy and smelled bad. There was cola or something all over the seats and it smelled like popcorn. I cleaned and wiped everything down with an all purpose cleaner. However the staff was helpful and decent to deal with.

The young lady working the counter was unbelievably rude and kept saying how she couldn't wait to leave and go home for the day. The inside of the truck cabin was filthy, the air kept going in and out, the driver's side mirror was rattling...not a positive experience with this specific UHaul branch. I will not come here again.

Although it was not the locations fault, our equipment was not available to us when we went to pick it up. The previous user did not return the equipment on time. The location did let us use a different trailer to get us through our move temporarily, and then went and retrieved another identical trailer of which we did order, for us to use the next day, to complete our order. It was a bit frustrating though. This seems a bit deceiving by U-haul in itself and i am not sure we can completely trust U-haull anymore. We are told that U-haul online will schedule pick ups before the equipment is even due to be returned, which is very frustrating to any customer. I think we may use Budget from now on.

First off, the parking at the pickup location is atrocious. It's absolutely -HORRIBLE-. I challenge someone to actually take a look at what a saturday morning 9am pickup looks like here. Let me help you: Pure chaos. Cars jammed into this tiny lot every which way with uhaul trucks randomly squeezed in. When I asked about parking while moving, because I was doing my move alone, I was told to go park by a liquor store down the street. I had already been by the store and saw that it explicitly says they will tow people if they park there. When I brought this up to who I guess was the owner of this location, he shrugged and said "hey you should see my other locations." If that owner is the person reading this, great. If not, I'm sorry, but: I don't fucking care about your other locations. At all. 0.000000% Oh, I should consider myself lucky I have a shitty parking situation because your other locations are worse than this? What kind of businesses do you run that this is your response? It's awful and not representative of someone that should be running anything at all. If this were the only problem--horrible customer service--fine. You see that a lot in life, but wait. There's more! When I went to check out, they pulled up a contract on their checkout screen that said the truck would have 1/4 tank of gas and that I was agreeing to fill it up to there. Then, the young lady (probably 17-19 years old, nepotist's granddaughter or something) asked the guy next to her a question and he responded, "Well don't do it that way. Do it as one way." And so she had me cancel out of the displayed contract. After too long, she pulled up a new contract, and this one had 3/8 as the gas tank. At this point, I had no idea there was an issue. However, when I hopped in the truck, packed, and got about 20 miles to destination I realized the tank had only been filled to 1/4. I see this as an attempt to bilk me for gas. It's an insult. And, you know what? There's more. When I was checking out, I noticed that there was no drop off location listed. I asked about this, and they told me that I should know. How should I know? They then told me to call Uhaul when I was finished with the move and they'd tell me where to drop off. Fast forward to the truck unloaded at my new place, and I call. After a lot of back and forth, they ask me if I'm willing to drive this truck back to where I got it from. They promised to credit me $50 and raise the allowed miles so that I wasn't getting charged extra miles. Reluctantly, I agreed. For my trouble, they did not give me that $50 as promised, and, on the top of that, they charged me for extra miles. Nobody mentioned the fact that I paid for extra gas through this, either. This has been a very very bad experience, and it makes me want to use another moving truck company in the future.

You gave away my 6x12 after I called to change pickup times. You agreed that I could pick it up at 5. At 3:45 you called and said you gave it away. Then stuck me with a 5x8. Couldn’t move all of my stuff. This was a terrible experience and you will not have my business again. Terrible.

Paid for 2 queen sized mattress covers and personnel refused to give them. Wanted me to pay another 15 dollars a piece to get them, which I refused of course since I'd already paid for them online. So I paid for them, but did not receive. Rip off.

This location was busy when i dropped off my truck, other people were standing in line. When i walked in the guy at the desk asked for the keys and i handed them over and he said "have a nice day." No receipt, no signature for return or anything. Then i get an email a day later with the receipt i should have gotten on paper with a spot to sign for the safe return of the truck. So can anyone just drop off a truck that has been driven off a cliff in this situation or what? I mean it was quick but you would think it would be a little more offical.

Was given a truck twice the size I reserved and the truck was very dirty inside both the box and the cab. Dog hair filled the cab and it smelled like the dog had used the bathroom in there.

My preferred trailer was not available, but no one notified me of this until after my contract was signed and complete. When I asked if another trailer was available, the desk staff was nice and polite but unable to offer the requested equipment. The owner arrived soon, however, and was extremely rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. His lack of respect for his customer and unprofessional demeanor were shocking.

There's no on-site parking to leave your car while using the Uhaul. No big deal and it's land-locked. The employees were great!

When checking in, the lady at the front desk seemed very annoyed with me, didn’t smile, and wasn’t pleasant. She also spent a lot of time yelling at her kid, younger sibling, a kid she was babysitting, etc. while checking me in (not sure the relationship of the child). It seemed unprofessional
