I ordered a dolly and furniture pads, but they were not provided when I picked up the truck. The staff was not very friendly and didn’t seem helpful

Staff is slow and was busy on his phone with his family. Staff did not explain the process well and was not very helpful. I was unsure what I was doing
VICTORIA BIt's fine but it was a janky gas station and the truck was so dirty. But drove fine, the app made it easy, and it served its purpose.
Brian LI had to sign out and back in to my account in order to see the “Pick up my truck” button. It look an extra 30 minutes figuring this out.
