The people on the ground were very good to work with. U-haul's website was miserable to work with. It was slow, unresponsive and I could not get it to accept a password that I had just put in. It wound up generating two reservations, which your rep at the site had to correct.

I don't know what "Average" service is for U Haul, since I have used them maybe one other time in the past; but I reserved the truck online, the online system identified which U-Haul location had the vehicle, it was close to my house, I was in and out picking it up in 5 - 10 minutes, and it took less than 5 minutes to drop it off. Couldn't have asked for much more.

FBR was an alternate and an EXCELLENT choice since the primary (Carterfields Sporting Supplies) was not at their site for drop off during normal business hours and the due to Carterfields online comments I did not feel comfortable leaving the truck and supplies unattended for checkin.

I cannot see where any improvements are necessary. I was treated in a very professional manner. Thank you

The rental process seemed inefficient and overly customer-involved. I would have much preferred having an employee fill out the paperwork so I didn't have to struggle through the U-Haul electronic system. What could have been a 5 minute process ended up taking me over 30 minutes. If an employee filled out the paperwork in the office and inspected the truck beforehand, I also would not have had to walk from the truck, to the office, and back to the truck just to get a key from the lockbox. Overall frustrating experience.

I'm a new, first time customer to u haul. I didn't know exactly how the process works and what I needed to to on the device or with the staff. I hope the staff could have explained to me more clearly what I need to to, i.e. Register on the deive, upload fotos and wait to be approved. Other than this little confusion everything was perfect, very easy to use.

It would be nice to not leave the windows down when it's pouring rain. The inside of the truck was drenched and left that way for my pickup. The tires in front were close to bald.

Came to pickup my rental, lady told me I had a Mobile reservation, which is fine, but she was quick and dismissive. I didnt get a chance to ask her my questions before she told me that they had instructions online when I do the Mobile pick up. Didn't help me otherwise. When I came to return my truck around 5:30 there was no parking.

You lead people to believe you can rent a truck for $19.95! That is a joke. After fuel/insurance/ and time slotted your 19.95 turns into $113!!! That is almost a bate and switch. My auto insurance covers your truck trental, no one tells u that! Too bad.

Truck cab floor filthy. Driver seat belt stuck closed so had to pry out. Drove 13 miles and put 2 gallons of gas is but still changed $6 for fuel.

I was two hours late, due at 7 p.m. and I was in by 9 p.m. I was charged an extra day, which I understand, but I feel like that's a bit of nickel and diming. More importantly, my contract was less than 24 hours, so I feel like I didn't really 'get' a second day for moving.

Truck had greasy/oily substance on floor and on loading platform. Owner provided us with an extra furniture blanket to cover the substance, which was very helpful.
