I was extremely mad that nobody told me about the change of location. Also nobody called me the day before to go over my reservation. I was supposed to pick up around 8 but couldn’t pick up till 9 because I had to call customer support (I was on hold for around 20 minutes) to find out the location changed. Was not happy about how we lost an hour using the truck but still got charged for a full 8 hours. I would like to get reimbursed for that hour I lost due to lack of communication.
