Again not upset with this location but with uhaul as I was called and asked to deliver the truck 1 hour out of my way each direction!

MICHELLE O.The nice and helpful staff at the pickup location were the only saving grace to this experience. The mobile check in experience is full of bugs and it took me over an hour of standing in the rain before I was able to get into the truck. Why do you wait until I'm on location to start the background check process? If it's an after hours pickup then it's obviously after hours for you to be calling my employer. I made the reservation several days in advance and assumed the check in process would be easy, but there isn't very good service at the pickup location and you waited until I was on location to ask for a passport?! Luckily the staff were still there for personal reasons and were able to let me in and help me get checked in. I won't be using the mobile checkin again and wouldn't recommend it to a friend
