My concern is with corporate - not the Ocean Bluff locations. I have two concerns. 1. You had me enter all kinds of information online before I arrived. The rep then had to re enter all of that information. Very frustrating and a waste of time. 2. Your website claims that the van door opening is: Door opening: 5'1-1/2" x 4'1-1/2" (WxH). This is not true at all. I could not move one of my pieces because of this discrepency. Had I know that the door opening was less than 5' I would have rented a different truck. The Ocean Bluff location has nothing to do with my concerns and no control over my concerns. They did their job well.
