Your forced delivery of products I didn’t order to the wrong address and then your locations inability to accept the products I didn’t order is complete BS..

The older guy who checked me in acted indignant when I asked about getting a refund for my unused time. I should have kept the truck the full two days so they couldnt rent it out again. I’m sure they did and that seems like “double dipping”. He was unpleasant.

Thanks to the guys at Swartz's for the good service!

Truck bed had leaves and broken glass. Would have appreciated a sweep out before renting it.

The truck A/C was not cooling the cab. The Towing light kept coming on at start up and had to turn it off each time. A strange noise was heard during operation. These didn't bother us too much, but should be checked out be the owners.

I booked my reservation way before 60 days in advance for a 24 hours period. When I went to pick up the truck the guy told me that it was needed for the next day. I told him it was no problem because I would be back by 5pm-6pm and I was but still, I booked my reservation way in advance and if I needed it for 24 hours, I would have kept it for 24 hours. If there is an issue with the other persons reservation, then fix theirs and tell them not me. The last time I booked through uhaul, I had to change my location and I wasn't allowed to pick up a certain size because I did my reservation 2 weeks in advance so I did it differently and I was still treated as though someone else's rental was more important.

The location we used was wonderful. They were helpful, friendly and the truck I used was well mainted. We had no problems what so ever. The corporate office was horrible, though. So bad that when we called to get something figured out (before we went to Schwartz) the customer service representative gave us attitude and was incredibly rude.

Not really sure. Everything went very smoothly - from reserving to picking up to returning the van. Everyone was polite and professional.

I reserved a 17' online, when i got there thy told me 27'. also, the person that did the rental paperwork showed that the fuel was 7/8 of a tank a check out but did not verified with me when he gave me the truck, i did not payed attention to it but when i came back i realized that it was a false statement because i made sure to get enough fuel to return the truck at the same level that i received it, my mistake for trusting that he had it accurate on the beginning, it turns out i had received the truck at 3/4 of a tank not 7/8 and had to go put more fuel, i asked the attendant how much fuel was missing and he said 7 gallons and that is a lot when you consider i drove 14 miles total. at the end it was a very bad experience.

Called location early on day of drop off and wanted to drop off at a location that was closer to our new home but was told we could not. We were not told that we had to drop off by 9 a.m. and we were charged another day. The personnel were very rude!!! Location was not ideal for a 26ft truck with tow trailer.

I got there early and they let me have the trailer since it was there so that was nice. The gentleman helping me, I think his name was Ceasar, was very blunt and did not talk much. He seemed to not want to communicate. This was my first time using this location. I will use them again but if I were new to UHaul, I would have been very confused because he did not walk me through anything besides where to get the trailer.

This was not the place I wanted to get the trailer. The place I asked for was the location on Ford rd in Indianapolis. That was really an inconvenience and took us 30 minutes out of our way. I asked the rep from uhaul when confirming the reservation, if the trailer could be transported from the Schwartz to Ford Rd, and the rep said, we do not do transfers from one location to another. I said why even list the other place then if I can’t get from there? Very frustrating since I am not from Indianapolis!

Please have accurate times for pick-up. Was told earliest is 9, but could have actually gotten earlier. Really no complains. They made it very convenient.

Once the trailer was disconnected and pushed back in its spot, the young man reached out his hand and said Thank You and shook my hand. Wow! People still do that. How nice. I will be back.

Extremely friendly and understanding owners. Gave us grace time to return 3 missing pads overlooked at our offload destination. Truck/trailer drop-off was a little limited due to location and space. Difficult to maneuver large vehicles and towing vehicles in the areas provided at the store location. Not likely this can be remedied. Overall, very nice store and people!

Have a truck closer to me. I had to drive from Muncie to Noblesville to pick up truck to move from Daleville to Muncie. Other than that, nothing.
