Rep re-rented my uhaul while I still had it and wanted me to have it back pronto... while still under my 24 hour period... I was not in the city, and it was full of my stuff at the time, which was not cool.... thankfully I didn't have to bring it back after all. Otherwise, amazing! The rep who processed my return this evening was great!

The computer was not working and it took a long time. Our entire Uhaul experience was rather disappointing though - we ordered a Uhaul many miles away from where they had one available.

Way above average. Both ladies I dealt with were polite, helpful, and above all, kind. I would certainly go there again if I needed to rent.

It had snowed the night before and there was 2" of hard frozen snow on the windscreen. I had to walk back to the office to get the loan of a scraper to clean the windscreen before I could drive away - wasted time. I would expect the truck to be ready when I arrived.

Very friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience. Again, PORT MOODY branch and mixed up our drop off location and although it said I should drop off the truck in Port Coquitlam, they had it that I needed to drop it off in port moody. Luckily Sandy at the Poco branch was very helpful and took the truck back.

Sandy the manager went above and beyond to provide me with excellent and professional service. The service received from uhaul staff is greatly appreciated. I will certainly use this location of uhaul again in the future. Will definitely recommend to friends

Minor vehicle repairs needed potential brakes and drivers door Is not closing properly. Found cargo bay lens missing but found it and replaced it for you.

90% of my millage was picking and returning truck, I live in maple ridge bc, big enough I would think to have available trucks
SALESH K. on
It will be very nice if your trucks can be smoke free customers with smoke allirgeers can't breath well inside. As I have one. Thanks

Why would you have a drop off location where you can’t return boxes? Service was friendly enough but had to bring my own dollies and blankets inside. They were delivered with the truck, why am I the one jumping through hoops?

Your company sucks. I have rented from twice in the last several months and both times have been disappointed by your overall performance - from product availability (even when given a reservation # for specific equipment) to point of contact Customer Service. You need to start all over again on your Customer Service package. Even your face to face representation admitted that you're lousy and that you're not too popular your customers these days. This will lead you to having not clients in the not too distant future. I guess if big Corps can go under due to not being attentive to the consumers needs / expectations then you'll follow suit, I am not certain what you could do to fix my issues but i'll bet you won't even try. That was the case in both instances at the counter. You don't get it. It's all about greed and not recognizing the value of a client over their life time. These are 101 type business principles that U-Haul doesn't seem to understand or grasp. Surely you folks are consumers your selves and that if you had a single shred of care for how your company is perceived / received in the market you would stop and do a mental comparison of how excellent companies operate versus how U-Haul conducts itself. Good luck to you - you're going to need it.
