Requested a pickup at this location then a drop off at another for a 17ft truck for $52 + milage. Store did not open on time so had to wait for the owner to arrive. Then was told I can't take the 17ft truck and drop off at another location because they had another reservation for it. Ended up having to take a 15ft and then the rate changed to $140 because for some reason the drop off price was different for a different location. Truck smelt like a cigar shop. Would not recommend this location to my worst enemy.

Location not well maintained, looked like a scrap yard

You’re advertising about price is very deceitful.

Both of the ladies I dealt with were friendly and helpful and the van I rented was spacious and easy to handle.

Required over 55 minutes just to do paperwork. Nice people, but really poor service - although they tried to get it right. We would not pick the location again or recommend same.

The proprietor and staff were friendly and professional. And I appreciated that the site was not a sterile office environment but a thrift shop with all the character you'd expect. I enjoyed the experience.

We specifically booked an "actual U-Haul" location so we didn't have to deal with one of these businesses that does it on the side. You guys changed our reservation at the last minute, but said it would be fine because we could use the app. The app didn't work properly, which didn't matter, because the reservation wasn't in the system anyway. We had to call the store owner, and get her to show up at 10:30, when the store was supposed to open at 10. We got there at 9, by the way.

When I came to pick up my truck, there was a man sleeping in the back of the van and there were empty beer cans in the back as well. Additionally, the man had urinated in the back!! Not only was this gross, but it also could have been very dangerous. There were no other trucks at the time and I was in a time crunch for my move, so I had to clean out the back myself and covered the whole floor in layers of cardboard to protect my items. I was appalled that the facility would allow this to happen. They will not be getting my business again.

Dropped the Uhaul off after hours, there were multiple homeless people and one drunk man pretending to be a security guard who tried to take the Uhaul keys. I would absolutely not recommend this as a drop off spot. Very unsafe.

When I arrived there was nobody there that could help me. They had to call a manager who was at another location. It took an additional 30 minutes

Very little room to maneuver to drop trailer. Cars for store parked in parking lot blocking access. Dirty, unfriendly looks from customers/people at store.

No one there spoke English, the parking lot was trashy and vehicles were parked in haphazard manner, I couldnt even find out who worked there.... AND, no one to help my lift off the trailer tongue, almost impossible to do by myself.

There was only one lady there working. She needed more help. The place where the trailers were stored is a nightmare. There was so much junk back there. We ended up not even being able to store uhaul there. Then took it out to front parking lot and needed help in unhooking trailer so got a young man nearby to help.

I dropped off after-hours, but the place was easy to find.

We waited almost a half hour for the rep to show up after our reservation

I was unsure of where to leave the trailer, and worried that leaving an unsecured trailer in the middle of a parking lot at night might result in it getting stolen. I would recommend having a post or somewhere to lock the trailers to.
