I reserved a 6x12 trailer at the Pinetop location, drive from Phoenix to Pinetop to pick it up 3 days before the pickup date. 2 days before pick up I was told Pinetop would not have my reserved trailer. Had I know this I would not have rented the trailer for the specific pickup date; I would have changed the date. UHAUL did say I could pick up the 6x12 trailer in Snowflake, an additional 68-mile drive round trip under normal circumstances. Circumstances were NOT NORMAL and because of a highway closure, the additional trip to Snowflake was about 88-miles roundtrip. The Snowflake equipment was fine and people good. BUT: UHAUL just tell the truth and don't BS customers about what equipment will be available at the location the customer chooses. Big PROBLEM
