Absolute Tom foolery. Said I lost the truck when I dropped it off in the lost as instructed. District manager is an absolute joke with zero professionalism and tried to charge me qb extra day because I dropped it off within the 24 hr time frame but on a holiday, so they checked it in the day after and tried to uo charge me $60. Will never be renting with U-Haul again. An absolute joke

SCOTT CVery long wait..they added insurance that we declined and took $100 deposit. We have not got either of those payments refunded. They told us that we would be refunded at the drop off point on 320 queen street. No refund after many calls and messages. Unprofessional, bad business
JEFFERY DBe more specific No one told me I had to return by 9:00 am. They said return anytime on 28 th. I returned at 12 as was charge. Wrong and misleading.
