Unfortunately it seems only one guy knows how do uhaul rentals. Took a long time to get the rental, easy return though.

Location was 40 minute drive from the location I made the reservation at
Brian BCheck in process was very, very slow. Almost as if I didn't have a reservation. Had no dolly or blankets, which we had ordered. Was not told that I had to do the return on-line.
Steve TWindshield inside so dirty you couldn't see out of it. Otherwise good.
