The system seems to be down often when picking up a UhAul from this location. This time was by far the worst experience. Not only were the furniture blankets I requested to rent not on The truck, the truck was filthy. Dirty socks and trash left on the back from the last persons use. The walk down ramp was also not there to use to help with heavy furniture. I was also charged for gas when the truck was returned with more than what I left with.

Shakera DI had to put $10 of gas in the truck because when I picked it up it was on empty. The inside driving area was full of trash and there were moving blankets in the back cabin that I did not order. I was also charged an additional $27 and I don’t know why!!! Dirtiest uhaul I’ve ever been in!!
