GAGIK SLocation is remote - ironically need a vehicle to rent a vehicle. Took taxi, owner knew we had arrived and made us wait over 30 minutes (cost me over $50 in taxi wait time) for the owner to wait until 1 minute after opening time and reminded me they open at a certain time.
