The gas gauge didn't move the whole time I drove it. 67 miles. I put 10 gallons in the truck before I returned it, needle didn't move. I was charged 16.00 for gas because the attendant that I talked to on the phone said the needle was almost at Half full. I should have taken a pic of the gas guage when I dropped it off. I dropped it off on a Sunday when y'all were closed. I will never rent from y'all again.

I was charged for a dolly was charged$25.00 for 2 pads not folded. I was charged $53.80 for supplies I never received. Charged $72.24 for 2 days & then 4 days later charged another $151.73 After all that the truck was mopped with a gasoline mop Called about it Leslie say no record of it.The guy even Goggled how to get rid of the smell with vinegar and my blankets. I never used your pads. I Have never been ripped off by you guys But business do change You Guys are crooks!!!!

When a reservation is made and a Phone call promised to verify the equipment, the phone call should take place. I was sent to 3 different locations in order to get the truck that was supposed to be at location 1. This took an additional hour of my time when I was on a schedule. It was hot and the AC did not work in a truck that had only 28,200+ miles on it. U-Haul refused to make any concessions on the cost due to their issues, not mine. Will probably look at competitors for the future.

Location was not that easy to find. I think this has to do with the city restrictions but had to make a couple of u-turns before finding it. i went to the wrong u-haul location first and they re-directed me. They were very helpful.

This company has been messing around with me and my family since I decided to end my contract. I cleared out the locker and the lock was removed before my husband and I left town to live in a new state. I sent an email and called and spoke with the woman at the front about the contents of the locker. She said it was all taken care of and we left it at that. I started receiving bills stating I owed money on a locker with nothing in it and no lock. I called again and had another phone call they said it was taken care of again. I later get an email from Vernon who said my stuff would be auctioned off, I had nothing in that locker so who fucking cares, so I emailed him back with my concerns and recieved no email back about the matter. Then U-Haul itself started sending letters to my husband calling him Ms. Dustin Gatewood, not his name at all. I also got a email stating my stuff would be auctioned off if they didn’t receive payment on or before 7/28/18. I got that email around 9 pm on 8/08. There’s been nothing in the locker with zero lock for a while and after NUMEROUS times contacting the willowbend location, Vernon, the people at the front desk, having my parents visit the locker from Grand Prairie on my behalf, my mother going in to speak with them on my behalf, contacting U-Haul customer service repeatedly with no one answering my call (ive been on hold now for a grand total of 45 minutes this morning) I’ve been left no other choice but to hire an attorney to resolve this matter.
