I believe that the fuel level should be 3/4 full so customers don't have to waste millage trying to locate one gas station before getting their job completed

The wait and person that was needed to assist us was not at the location spent a hour and a half at the location missed my pick up appt (for my furniture pick up) due to owner of establishment being in court. Was giving wrong box number wrong keys were in the box very unprofessional I would never rent from Uhaul again if this is the service we will receive. I was extremely inconvenienced and dismayed at the service.

Musa S.well make sure the uhaul is maintenance well .the battery on the truck would not stay charged and we had to jump the truck off everytime we moved it ive never in my life had to pay 302.00 for a truck that we rented and couldnt use within the junior 24 hours but instead we had it for 48 hours because it wouldn't crake so that we couldn't return it
