Suggested drop point provided by staff for after hours was blocked, downhill and slippery. UHaul.com and phone support was pathetic, especially the the third or forth person I was transferred to, a guy in a echo chamber who hung up on me without dealing with my need. u haul may attempt to blame Covid 19, but a tripling in cost from the last rental for less miles and horrible wait times... this is obviously a company more concerned with cashing in on its name rather than promoting long term success with reasonable customer support. uhaul rates a D -.

One agent (Morgan)told me that for an extra day it would only be an extra $20, then left a message that it would be $60 . I did not receive the message until it was too late to return it. A little disappointed in the overal cost.

Let them know if mobile p/u is available. We had the rep track down another truck due to original location was not available for P/U. Peter was very helpful in locating another truck. This could of been avoided if we know on Thursday that we couldn't pick truck up in Golden due to no mobile service there.

There needs to be improvements made to the reservation system. Contacting customers to confirm a reservation 24 hours before the pick up day only to find out they do not have the equipment you requested is ridiculous and leaves no time to make an alternate arrangement. There is no point in making a reservation as you are not guaranteed anything. This is very frustrating when you are relying on this equipment to make a major move.

Understandably due to Covid restrictions service was slow. Maybe a bigger office is required so that more than one customer at a time can be dealt with. Staff was friendly and as helpful as possible

Please make sure your employees all have the same information of the rates being charged as we had one quote from the Merritt U Haul & another from the Armstrong one. The Armstrong location had trouble figuring out what we owed as we brought the trailer back one day earlier & they had to phone to get help to figure out what we actually owed for the use of the trailer.

The pick up location at Erick's Automotive In Salmon Arm was horrible. Went to pick up the trailer and see if I could get it a couple days early and found out that they weren't even going to have a trailer for the day I booked. The women there was very rude and not helpful. She should not be in customer service. Had to call the owner of Erick's Automotive, a very nice man and he found a trailer in Armstrong so had to travel to Armstrong and pick up the trailer there but found out the running lights were not working but needed the trailer so made sure I travelled during the day. Two thumbs up for the owner at Erick's but two thumbs down to the secretary I had to deal with.

The rental location & staff were excellent however the uhaul booking app is TERRIBLE still as it was in Sept/19 when I rented my last uhaul truck!!! Most recently the app would not allow me to recover the keys after several attempts. Afterwards I called the Live Help Line; waiting 45 min to speak to a rep who could not help me but tried to transfer my call to a tech rep but the transfer got dropped!!!!!! Very annoyed I called back and again waited 45 min to speak to a rep who again could not help me and again tried to transfer me to a tech rep but again my call was dropped!!!!!!!!! Dropped transfer calls is Sinful for a company as large as uhaul & in business as long as you have. I figured the problems with the app may be related to using an apple iPhone & safari; so I loaded Google Chrome and was finally able to get your app functioning properly!!!!! I WAISTED 2 HOURS SIMPLY TRYING TO RECOVER THE KEYS!!!!!!!!! I will look elsewhere to book rental vehicles in the future & caution anyone thinking of renting from uhaul in the future!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't think of any improvements possible. Overall, everything worked out great for the truck rental. There was some difficulty getting enough cell service to upload the required photos but we kept trying and made it happen. Spall is great.

My cell phone did not work with the satellite positioning app when I self checked the pick up. I had to use my friends cell and it was a bit annoying as I spent more time than I should have trying to navigate the system.
