The equipment was mostly clean but could have been cleaner there was liquid in the cup holders and white pieces of stuff in the back. This location had no service and it was extremely hard to use the app and check out due to the poor reception. It was not a quick and easy process like it was supposed to be and I had to call support because photos were not uploading and going through. It was a very frustrating experience. Pick up instructions were not clear and I saw others struggling while I was there as well. I’d recommend an in person check in and checkout process at this location if you can or just don’t bother with the app and call support.
Miracle OI was so annoyed that I was not explained why the contract could not be in another name after repeated inquiries for my purpose in doing so. The office staff was super nice/pleasant. My issue is with UHaul and the 5 calls for resolution and NO ONE could help me
