I had reserved this uhaul 2 weeks in advance. It was very unexpected that I had to travel 45 minutes to pick it up. The gentlemen that I dealt with Scott. Was very kind and offered some extra mileage at no cost for the hassle of me having to go an hour and half out of my way to pick up the rental for a big move.
