I was there to pick it up at 1:50 & didn't get out of there till 3:10. The lady was very nice, but she couldn't figure out how to enter into her computer what she had to, to get me out of there. She called her husband a number of times to help her to no avail. Finally, her husband called U-Haul & had a lady from U-Haul call his wife to assist. I have high blood pressure & believe me it was boiling.
