She had contacts to help find solutions to strange problems with the app and the website, and made sure we felt confident in our reservation before leaving. The trucks were parked in a very organized way and it was easy to find the one I needed.

KAREN SMy comment has to do with what I perceive to be a design flaw in U-Haul’s booking website. I wanted to pick up a truck at 6:30 pm and use it for 20 hours. Simple, right? When I set the duration dropdown to 20 hours the pickup time dropdown changed and only allowed me to schedule pickup through 3:30 pm. I had to lie about the number of hours I needed the truck in order to secure a pickup time that worked with my work schedule. Please fix!!!
