The staff is friendly & did their best to accommodate me. They went above & beyond to help me. My inconvenience is with Uhaul itself, which caused some chaos. I made my reservation at a different location where my storage unit was & less than 24 hours was told the equipment I reserved wasn't available & instead of accommodating me, they inconvenienced me by moving my reservation to a different location on the opposite side of town.

The truck was dirty inside. I was charged 2 times for 71.19 pending on my account. The total charge wasn't even 71.19. Very upset I was charged 2 times and for the wrong amount. Please fix this error.
