Vehicle needed an oil change. Was at 9020 miles when I got it but the guy marked it as 9010 so I was charged for 10 extra miles. Would never rent from this location again.

the lock was extremely hard to do to get the key. I was charged for a double rental without even being told, 4 hours for one rental time slot is a bit unreasonable, the rental should last at least 6-8 hrs since these trucks are for people moving. expecting them to be done within 4 hours or charging them for another separate rental is absurd on top of the .99c per mile using the truck just in my small area was $80+ so i will be trying out other truck rental company’s next time.

ED SCats running around inside the business with cat food laying around. Torn up furniture covered in junk and cat hair. The business was locked and when someone inside opened the door they had no idea what was going on had to call another guy and have him talk to me on the phone.
