After I picked up the Van, I noticed the "low air" tire light warning on the dashboard.. when I got home I had to test tires with air pressure gauge and put air in the tire. In addition, another warning came up.. low washer fluid.. and as a day in mid December with salt residual on wet road caused the windshield to get dirty quickly. After I put air in the tire, I put my own windshield washer fluid in the reservoir. When I returned the van I told the same story to the Uhaul attendant, she didn't seemed to be to worried about my experience and just brushed it off with no explanation, remorse or any apology what so ever. I'm glad I can at least look out for my own safety. Lastly, the interior of the windshield was also dirty, and of course I had to clean that for my own visual clarity.

A more friendly greeting and drop the tone of “You’re declining the insurance ?” It seemed like I was bothering the employee, rather than being welcomed as a customer.

Road construction on Rangeline Road is a problem for all merchants in this area; hopefully finished soon.

Mobile app pickup is extremely cumbersome and slow; ended up not working, causing us to lose 2 hours of our reservation. Aside from that, good experience!

The attendant I spoke to didn't let me know about the lane closure or how to use the 24/7 check in. The van was dirty both outside and inside. The customer service at the actual location was horrible.

The truck had large dust balls and a large wrapper in the back. It was also reported to have a full tank of gas and it was under the full line and when I filled it up it was well over the line. I was also charged for 40 Miles when I made a round trip of 15 miles.

The location of my pickup was changed and I was told that I received a telephone call and that a message was left. That did not occur. Also my email order showed the previous location. It was only by luck that I was able to find my vehicle and that it was close by.

This was the first time I used Uhaul. The truck and such was fine but everything else has been miserable; from the mistakes from the beginning to the multiple mistakes that were made. As I continue to sit on hold with the 800 number after being hung up on, I hope my issue will be resolved soon. I honestly believe I deserve a full refund at this point.

Your website restricted my ability to reserve a vehicle that was close to my destination(s). Instead I had to pick up from a Uhaul location that was out of my way, and as a result I lost time, money and patience while driving past multiple places that had the vehicle I needed.

The associate at this location was cold and unfriendly; we did not feel welcome at all. Additionally, our rental truck had a cracked rear view mirror - this is not safe to be driving with, nor pleasant to look at.

Booked my reservation for 98th and Michigan rd ad was sent to Rangeline rd. Did not appreciate this not a good way to start moving and the people there were of no help to me. Tough luck I guess.

The older women at the front desk who worked 7/10 (when I placed the order) and again on 7/13 (when I picked up the Uhaull) was rude, snobby, and seemed annoyed that I had interrupted her Netflix and Words w/ Friends experience each time. Although an otherwise uneventful experience, I will definitely be taking my business to other locations and not recommend this site to anyone. The only instruction we received in backing up the Uhual was "don't hit my car" and then she seemed even more annoyed that she had to leave the comfort of her office and actually help us maneuver out of their extremely small parking lot. As I was backing up the truck the only instruction that she really said to us was that she didn't understand how people didn't know how to back-up Uhauls (as if the average person does it on a daily basis) and then informed us that her car had been hit twice by Uhaul drivers :like me" backing up in that parking lot. Well, sorry that your car has been hit twice by other drivers, but perhaps you should (1) actually move your car so that doesn't happen, especially considering the parking lot is totally not appropriate for the size for a Uhaul, and (2) actually put down your tablet and initially help the customer so as to ensure that your car (or anybody else's) isn't hit. If she doesn't want to work in customer service, perhaps she shouldn't. I don't think it is really a good fit for her.

The lady at the counter was beyond rude and not helpful when I asked questions and when she asked questions she was disrespectful. Also didn’t alert me how to check the vehicle back in or that the office was closed when I returned the truck. She wouldn’t look at the prior damage or mileage with me. I’ll be renting again and most likely from Penske down the road. Also a rep on the phone was rude when I was confirming my order placed over the phone. Overall BAD experience.
