We had an issue with being charged for not filling up the truck full and I disputed the claim and they gave me a credit. We had previously rented from uhaul and when we went to make a reservation, it made me pay a similar charge before it allowed the agreement to go through. I just paid it so I could book the rental. Seems like a systemic issue with charging customers a refilling charge even if it's not warranted.

GARY VDolly’s given to us were covered in mud. Truck was not swept out and had dirt/debris inside. Didn’t have the number of furniture pads we had originally rented.
