Explain distance details better. I thought I was able to stay within distance miles but unfortunately detours and road construction caused many extra miles i guess. Also I was sent a text message saying I was to tow a trailer for $500 but no further information was provided unfortunately. Employees were very helpful with everything else.

SARAH LWe arrived at 3:30 and did not realize it closed at 3. The kids in the garage adjust to it just said to leave it. Felt strange we did not have a confirmation that we left it.
