Unfortunately the fuel gauge they reported wasn't accurate. It was at half when I dropped it off and in the receipt it was less that half. It's my fault because I dropped it off without realizing I needed a picture. I just trusted lesson learned

CURT WWhen I tried to return the truck the the app could not pull up the contract order but when I got home I could pull up on my computer but since I was not at the location I couldn’t complete the return. Not a user friendly process. The local U-Haul people were great
