I called the 800 number about turning my vehicle in after the office was closed. I was informed that I could indeed turn it in after hours however I was not informed of the additional charges that would result from doing this. I was very disappointed that the corporate office didn’t inform me of this policy. What the heck is the good of a policy if it is not communicated? As the result of the above, you make it hard on the local offices who have the unnecessary and unpleasant job of informing customers of this after they have been misled by the higher ups. The local office was very pleasant and professional and in my view, they should be better supported. One other thing, I rented 3 trucks over about 3 weeks. My demographics were not captured so we had to input the info each time. Name, address, phone, emergency contact, 2pics of my drivers license. This is not only annoying but highly inefficient. These areas of ‘need to improve’ seem as tho they should be exceptionally easy to fix, no?

I thought FBR towing was outstanding in service and quality of truck they provided us. They made us feel good about the rental and was the only site in our area with the equipment that we needed. A+ in my book.....

I had reserved a truck several days in advance and arrived at the scheduled pickup time. I had to wait over 10 minutes in a small office FILLED with either staff or family couldn't tell which bu, nonetheless, waited over 10 minutes to be helped. I could tell while waiting that there were more than one uhaul employees in the office. One was on the phone, the other was not making an attempt to help us. The whole process took almost 30 minutes just to get a 10 foot truck. I have rented several times at other locations and it had never taken this long. When returning the truck, I was informed via text that I had to check in the vehicle from my mobile device, which was only accessable on site with GPS active. When I got the text, it was over 30 minutes after I returned the vehicle and was unable to complete the check in. Because of this, I was assessed a $20 fee. Additionally, I was informed that the truck was not clean in the back bed which we mopped thoroughly and I was assessed another $50 fee. I have rented over a dozen times over the years through uhaul and this was by far my worst and experience. This location needs help.

some guy really rude I asked a question trying to figure how it worked because it was my first time renting from you guys. And he ignored me. I will NOT ever come back to that place! I will NOT recommend this place to anybody and I will also put it on facebook again how bad the service was and on top of that I read all the terms and conditions and made sure I knew what I was paying for. I made sure I got insurance also I clicked a bunch of miles to gice myself leeway just incase. But I only drove it like maybe 7-10 miles and after I dropped it off you guys were tryiong to charge me for something else. I don't understand your company at all. I will not use UHAUL at all. Thank you but NEVER again!!! Last but not least the track was making noise and the steering gear was like feeling it was grinding like it was gonna fall out.

Great experience overall but It would be great if the key and truck were in the same location.

Inconvenient for the mobile 24/7 rental that the truck and key box are in 2 different places. I showed up at the FBR towing lot, the app told me to go down to the lower lot to find the truck, and then told me to go back to the FBR lot to retrieve the key... very inefficient. I also had to wait a long time for my truck to be approved.

The equipment was great, the people working there were fine (the man was more friendly and helpful; the woman was more just going thru the motions but did all that was necessary and expected, just not w any enthusiasm), but the physical location is small, messy, old, hard to find the first time you go there. We have been there before and o purposely sought a different location I like better, but that location did not have the truck size we needed available, so we decided we could handle going back to this one, which on first impression just does not give you confidence that you’re going to have a good experience.

People are very nice and efficient and the equipment is fine but the location is, frankly, totally creepy (it's a towing place and looks like the sort of junk yard you'd see in a horror flick). Suppose there's nothing you can do about it -- and the in-town location is very convenient --and I'd rent there again but...

Not a safe area for picking up Uhaul rentals. Office to get keys is in one location and the trucks are parked 2 blocks away in a back parking lot. The instructions for returning the truck to a location weren't clear nor was there any parking.

I had read reviews prior to drop off so knew the location would be difficult to find, but even knowing that, and having the address, we missed it. Better signage would really help. Once we did find it, it was not obvious where to leave the truck or what to do. The people in the office were not terribly friendly or helpful and I went back in twice before they came out to check in the truck. Got it done in the end but it was not nearly as easy an experience as the pickup at Arch Village Exxon.

The new system that required a phone app to rent a truck was not working properly. This should be changed back to how it was before. Not every customer has a phone app. I spent 40+ minutes at Uhall downloading the app, and going through the cumbersome process. Please consider not using a phone app for truck rentals.

Building was very hard to locate and had no signage visible from the road. The lot was dark and I could only tell where NOT to park, not where to park.

It's not safe to walk back and forth between where the trucks are parked and where the keys are. The pavement is also very uneven and parking at the office is very tight. Because of this, maneuvering around is difficult.

Both the employee working the counter and the manager were extremely rude. I have been using this U-Haul location for the past four years and I have never had a problem until now. I was unjustly charged an extra $20 for an overnight drop-off even though I did not drop the van off over night. I will be reaching out to U-Haul to express my frustration with the employees at this U-Haul location and with the charge that was put on my card.
