The manager Mr. Kenneth Castro and another Custer Service Rep were very professional and quick to resolve a minor issue. Their customer service was also exceptional, timely and courteous. Job well done

EUGENE JI've never dealt with such an unprofessional drop-off location. over charging and charging for no reason along with not being open during their posted hours of operation and in turn charging me after hours drop off fees . I suggest you will crack the whip on this location because they probably have done this the several other of your customers
CHARLES KArrived before 5pm and no one was there to do the drop. Was charged a late drop off fee. Also charged a cleaning fee but truck was returned as it was picked up.
EDWARD PI rate this location as excellent only due to a particular staff member there. My Overall rental experience from UHaul itself was very poor. I made my reservation for a small truck and 2 furniture dollys months in advance for pickup at a location 1/2 mile from my home. This was for a one way rental 180 miles away. 48 hours before the pickup, I am notified that I must now drive 30 minutes for the pickup at a different location.When I arrived, they didn’t have the furniture dollys I ordered. I could not perform the move at all without the dollys. Fortunately, a great guy there called many other locations for 30 minutes to find 2 dollys for me. Where are all the furniture dollys? Then I had to drive another 20 minutes out of my way to pick them up at another U-Haul location. A ten minute pickup turned into 2 hours total and much added stress. I am very thankful for this gentleman’s steadfast help. He should be commended. The U-Haul system itself, failed to satisfy. I am curious as to why this review asked only about how I was treated by the pickup and drop off locations. What about U-Haul itself? What about the customer’s overall experience with their brand? No questions about that. Again, I give both locations excellent grades. U-Haul itself, poor grades. It’s hit or miss with them. Not good enough for people with strict moving schedules that are counting on U-Haul to see them through it.
