This location was not helpful at all. The personnel are arrogant and dismissive. I asked for a printed receipt as I was concerned about being over charged for gas. They person in the office said the printer was broken. Later I was over charged $20 for gas. Never rent or return to this location. Terrible customer service.PATRICK D.

When we picked up the truck, the door was jammed open, and very difficult to shut. The truck was also dirty. It had clearly not been checked over after the last user returned it. The pickup and drop off process was very easy though which I appreciated.Gwendolyn C.

The attendant was terrible. We arrived at 4:57. We called on our way and he said if we got there by 5 we could rent a truck but he's not staying after that. At 4:57 he said he would not rent us a truck because it was too late. He said it would take longer than three minutes and he wouldn't help me. I explained we drove 57 miles to get this truck. He didn't help me until I said I was calling corporate. He handed me keys, didn't tell me where the truck was, didn't do a walk around. Didn't look at the gas. He never offered me insurance coverage. He pointed where the truck was and we had to find it. My girlfriend was afraid that they were going to lock us in. He also charged me $30 more than advertised on line. I think if I understood the process of picking up the van beforehand that would have eased my anxiety, especially since there was no one there to guide you in the experience. Taking photos can be tedious so people should factor in how long that will take if they're on a time crunch. I ended up spending about 70 bucks which isn't horrible but I wish it was closer to 20 as marketed.Nadeen E.

I ordered moving blankets and the man said they didn't have any and I would have to drive to another location to get them. He refused to call the other location to confirm that they had blankets saying "I'm too busy". He refused to walk around the truck with me to confirm the truck's condition. The contract said the gas tank was 3/8 full when it was only 1/8 full. There were several scratches on the truck that were not marked. The experience was horrible and the man was very rude. I'm writing a Yelp and Google review telling everyone how bad this place is.james B.

Wow, something is really wrong with this location. 2nd time I could NOT check in the trailer . Personnel said they would do it , but did not. UHaul 800 call number sucks, 45 to 2 hr wait times. I was very disappointed that the moving items I reserved well in advance were not available. I reserved blankets and two furniture dolleys, and only one was available and no blankets. What is the system here? No one cared or apologized, I had to purchase other items to make up for not having that equipment and the move went slower because of not having the dolley.Michelle P.

The guy who helped me just grabbed my key and walked away with no explanation. Then never closed out my rental. I had to call customer service 2 times in order to get it resolved.
