I wasn't given any instructions on drop off. Parked the truck and placed the key in an unmarked drop box. ??? Charged an extra 8 miles on a one-way booking. Not sure how a renter is suppose to pick up the truck, drive to their location and collect their items, drive to their new location and drop their items and then return the truck. The distance for the rental is from the original pickup location to the drop location. Ridiculous!

DEAN PAcl repair was very helpful in getting the uhaul and helping me sort the mix up with titusville uhaul. Educate the titusville uhaul employees i asked them very simple questions example: what is the fee for returning uhaul to wrong location and they did not know and there was other questions asked and they couldn't answer them
