Attendant working the morning shift had clearly not been trained. I felt bad for her. She could not have been nicer, but had no idea how to attach a trailer to a car, work the POS system, etc. She was struggling with the propane machine when I got there, the customer was showing her how to use it. I showed her how to attach a trailer to a car. The manager should not have put her in this position. Trailer was filthy inside when I got it. Then when I returned, the afternoon attendant forgot to check it back in, so I got a call Monday from central dispatch asking why I had not returned the trailer. All around, worst Uhaul rental ever. Will always stick with Knox Abbott from now on, even though it's further.

Make sure no dash lights ( check engine light, low tire pressure light, etc) remain on after engine is turned on. Also be sure all tires are inflated and in good condition.

We were lied to. We agreed on a 30 day rental and a price, but at the end it was not what we were charged for. We were scammed by Devon. I'm guessing he gets a portion of that overcharge. I will NEVER use U-Haul again, EVER. I will tell everyone I know about my bad experience, the lies we were told and what we were charged. Devon changed the ending date on the contract that he printed for us, before he gave it to us. We were led to believe, online, that there was a discount for a 30 day rental, but we did not get one.

U-Haul needs to look at the design of the tail lights on these tow dollys as they are riveted onto thin plastic wheel fenders. Hit a minor bump on the highway Surface and both lights separated from their fenders. One ended up lost on the highway and I was able to find the second one but had to drive 100+ miles with no lights.

My order was incorrect and I called them directly. They had me with a 15’ and no 20’ available so I had to go with a 26’ instead. The fellow whom checked my equipment in provided me with no information as to what I was to or if I needed to go inside. When he finally came inside he gave me a receipt with the charges and sad there you go. No explain of the charges, thank you,or have a nice day. He was cold and rude.

Took so long to check out truck. I reserved in advance and it took almost an hour to get the truck. Check the truck back in was faster. All the clerks were professional and nice.

Continue doing what you are doing to make the experience memorable. The staff at the 2339 Two Notch Road location were exceptionally professional and I would highly recommend them to a relative or family member.

Reserved smaller truck at Elmwood location. Received call day before that it was not available and had to go with a larger truck. Operator stated that I would still pay the smaller truck price. Arrived to pick up my truck and the reserved equipment was not in the truck. I was picking up prior to location open so no one was available. Attempted to call the uhaul customer service line and was placed on hold for 30 minutes before someone picked up only to tell me they couldn't do anything about the charge or the equipment. The larger truck was a hassle and not what we needed for the move out of a small driveway. More mileage was added because of the farther location which the operator also said could not be changed. She stated she would add a VIP (but did not specify what that was) when I asked what it was at drop off he stated that wasn't a thing. Additonally I was charged the higher larger truck rate. Pretty terrible experience from start to finish.
