Windshield was cracked, there was a crack in the bumper of the truck. The gentleman waiting on me was concerned with his coworkers, he didn't speak to me about the rental. He walked over to the garage and grabbed a random dolly and not the one I reserved. Never explained anything about the truck. This was my first time renting a Uhaul and I don't believe I will rent another again.April D.

Well I was trying to return my truck after hours about 7:50, the truck was due @8 but I had a problem because obviously the miles didn't add up say I traveled less miles than what was on before I started, so I guess I was driving the truck backwards, so do try to charge me no late fee for yall mistake thanksVALVETA P.

The seats in the truck that I rented it were completely wet . When I got out of the truck after having driven it for about 12 miles the bottom and back legs of my pants were soaking wet!Otha D.
The agent was good. But I reserved a truck and it was not ready (fully cleaned, deodorized, etc). The agent stated that but no other vehicle was offered and I had to pick up items today at the time I reserved. The truck should not have been in circulation at all, that's how bad it smelled.Faye D.

I've been bombarded with incorrect billing amounts and a call from some person a few days after I turned in the trailer. She asked me why I had not returned the trailer. I told her when I had returned it and even parked it where the man told me to put it. Talked with two customer service reps who told me the manager of the store where I picked up the trailer and returned it on time would call me. So, then I got a call from a store on Lebanon, MO. I disputed the bill and received a call from a manager of a store in Lebanon, Mo . He was named Chris at telephone number 417-664-9690 and he called to tell me the problem had been resolved, he said there was another charge for $29.11. He went on to tell me the trailer was at his store in Missouri. Two erroneous charges of $466.07 and $29.11 appeared on my account and I have disputed them.. At this point, I contacted Apple support to file a disputed claim. The two charges are for $466.97 and $29.11. The total amount should have been $362..70. Another charge for $13.44 is correct. If it is included in the totals, the amount I agreed to pay is $362.70.. it was for two rentals in March for $174.63 each plus $13.44. The total correct amount is $362.70. It appears to me that Jonathan Paymon failed to check in my trailer and to further complicate things, he rented it out to someone going to Missouri where it was turned in. So, I'm being charged for a trailer that was turned in in Missouri after I turned it in in Columbia SC where it wasn't logged in as returned on March 26, 2021 Need I say more? This has been a total nightmare.Rodney K.

The first location on Garnersferrys road was permanently closed when attempted to pic up my truck on the day my reservation. The truck that I was given had a defective muffler. It was so loud that we could barely here each other communicate inside the truck wifh the windows up and the gas needle was barley past the quarter tank mark.
