I wish the original drop off location was an actual place. Had to drop off at different location cause that is what the gentleman told us to do. Thankful for him or I wouldn't have dropped it off at the right location. Other than that would recommend the location /U-Hail to a friend.

WILLIAM WThe office area appears to be a bit unkept, cluttered, and unorganized. I liked the elderly manager and found him to be very friendly and helpful, so I'm not criticizing him, but you DID ask if the location was inviting. It's really not. His office needs a major renovation.
Steven BThe link I received by text from U-Haul did not take me to the correct location. So I entered the exact address from the text into gps, and it sent me to another location 7 miles away that was incorrected. I finally had to search for name of business to find correct location and the extra driving cost me extra money for miles and gas used.
