When I went to drop off I had to go they the 800 number as I had no instructions for drop off. I was told I was at the wrong place but I wasn’t. They just had the pick up drop places wrong,

My original attempt was to rent from Lisle but since the doors were locked on the vehicle your regional manager rerouted me to the Downers Grove facility. Fortunately they had a lock box and the vehicle was accessible. Unfortunately it delayed me over 45 minutes and I had to pay contractors over $500 a half hour to sit on a loading dock and wait for me because the Lisle facility didn't unlock the vehicle upon pickup.

This is a neighborhood location and difference from larger U-haul facilities that I rent from. Nothing negative to say so it is average. The man that took care of us was prompt, professional and helpful.

The rental return was clean and the people were great and welcoming. The location looks a tad bit unwelcoming. I felt a little nervous to go in the return area.

The truck I got that I had to drive 1,800 miles already had check engine lights on when I picked it up. The guy at this location said to just ignore any dash lights that come up when driving.

When I called the location, there was no answer or voice mail for which I could leave a message. I was able to make a reservation at this location from another location - that was very helpful. When I went to pick up the truck I was helped promptly and the check out process was very quick and easy. The same with the return....very efficient. I would use this location again and/or recommend it to friends/family.

Nothing....absolutely an uneventful experience. Friendly, efficient and did everything that was promised. I highly recommend this Downers Grove facility. The internet check in was not working despite the fact I had my location services on and it was working. It ended up taking me over 45 minutes (while my movers were waiting at my house) after calling customer service and behind put on hold and then disconnected :( After all this I only had the truck 3 hours...it would be really nice if I could obtain a discount for the headache.

Stop changing the location of pick

My original location/equipment/pick up time was changed several times. Was told I would be getting a $50 credit. Was still charged for me rental. So, overall a complete fail for U-Haul. I will say that the operator at the location that I picked up from was friendly and helpful. But reservations, phone service, and billing - horrendous.

Off hours Sunday pickup is a great convenience, but for the non technical it is likely to be a bit cumbersome. Uhaul app kept crashing and wouldn't let me check the truck back in. The owner actually was there, so he took care of it for me.

Old car dealership, when we arrived we watched the sales man just hanging out and talking for about 5 minutes, he never said hi or said that he would be with us. We had to go walk around to look for someone to help us. Check out took a very long time, we had pre paid, already entered our IDs online, it should not have taken that long.
