I called the number on the door and the person who answered the phone was not customer focused or friendly. Told me there were no trucks for rent, I said how about the two parked outside. Stated oh use the application and rent them. Like he could care less about this part of the business. May not be the case but that is the impression I received. .

Gentlemen there spoke to me thru the window and said they no longer handled uhaul, and wasn't very helpful
online scheduling didnt accept my login. Customer service was helpful. She did say that "this happens fairly often"
Strange thing is I received a call days later from returning the truck asking me if I returned the truck. I thought it was odd that the man checking my truck in on return did not enter it into they system or their is a glitch in the system
They didn't check me out when I returned the truck, I have received a call next day to return the truck, apparently they forgot to check me out and charged me for the gas although I have returned the truck more than quarter as agreed at the pick up location. They checked me the next day and charged me extra!! I had to spend hours on phone to correct this idiot mistake. Waste of time !! NOT recommend this location at all
Everything was seamless. Couldn't have asked for better service. Truck had less than 10,000 miles and was very clean.

neither my app nor the computer system were working when I picked the truck up. I had a tight schedule to work around and it took me almost 30 minutes to "pick up" my truck, which was completely annoying. Gentleman working there was not knowledgeable about the trucks whatsoever and could not answer my questions. I had pre-ordered the dolly and blankets and they were not ready and on the truck either. He actually gave me lip back about my being 10 minutes late for 12:30 pick up time and that he was "ready to go"......when he was not, clearly. And by the way, isn't the customer always right? Customer service rating is a 2

using auto/online check in sucked. but there was a guy there that helped me out luckily (wasn't working hours)
Call me (614) 702-9200. Waited for an hour and a half to pick up the truck and trailer but they split the reservation so I had to pick up at two separate locations. Truck was dirty and he told me that it only had 1/3 tank of fuel. Turns out it had only slightly above a 1/4 tank which means I had to put gas in before I could even use it. Then I filled up not knowing how much it would use and ended up using less than half a tank so I spent money on something I didn't use and I assume you got paid for. The whole experience with U-Haul was HORRIBLE!
We were told there would be somebody at this location when we returned the truck. We were told they would be there until 6 pm. There was nobody there. We got there with the truck at 5:30, 24 hours after we got the truck. It took us 45 minutes to return the truck through the application on our phone. Also, the after hours kiosk at this location did not work because everytime I called them through the kiosk I could hear them but they couldn't hear me.

THE MOBILE AP FOR PICKING UP AND DROPPING OFF IS WAY OVER THE TOP, ESPECIALLY THE DROPPING OFF. IF YOU CAN'T FIND WAYS TO SIMPLIFY IT, GET RID OF IT. VERY MUCH OF A TURN OFF; I WOULD NEVER USE IT AGAIN. FOUR PICTURES TO UPLOAD, AND THEN ALSO ADD MOST OF THE SAME INFO YOURSELF? ALSO THE CAMERA AP DIDN'T WORK ON iPhone 7; HAD TO USE MY SONS PHONE.
The office was closed at pick up time and their were no instructions given how to get truck keys. After talking to customer care I could get code to open box and collect keys. It took me an hour out there to complete it so it messed up the pick up scheduled for me.
We arrived after store hours to return the UHaul. It was easy to find and easy to deal with. Very safe and clean looking location.
The truck I rented was a little lose in the front when on the freeway but other than that no problems. Probably just needed an alignment.
Nothing. Calvin was outstanding! There was a change from our original pick up to this location and he was great about explaining everything. We'd also chosen our drop off site with someone at Customer Service when we made the reservation. When my husband picked up the truck he was told that our chosen drop off was not a usual drop-off location. Calvin jumped right on it, getting someone on the phone who was also terrific in making arrangements for us to drop off at the originally chosen location. My husband wasn't familiar with the drop off city and made a point to know where the original drop off was located. Moving is tough enough but Calvin and the rep he worked with on the phone kept it from being more stressful by arranging for my husband to drop off at the original location. Additionally, the lower ramp on your trucks is a bonus and the design does seem more aerodynamic. My husband even commented that though it was windy he wasn't blowing all over the road. Thanks so much for taking care of us.

Ordered moving pads with the truck and those were not included when I picked up truck using 24/7 mobile app. Had to go to another location (further away)that was open earlier to get what I needed to begin my job.
