Beckers always has the Best condition Uhaul vehicles I’ve ever driven in.
Nathan EThe truck was not clean. On website, Uhaul offered $0.99/km on top of S29.99 fixed truck rental but charged $1.19/km on my invoice. I am unable to understand the reason of extra charge and going to file a complain.

HENRY AReservation was at 9am but the location was closed when I came at 9am. The owners came 10 minutes later and had technical issues accessing the reservation system. In addition, my reservation included a dolly which I never received but was charged for it.
