Prior to arrival, last minute changes were made to my rental pick up location. I was very understanding and had no issue whatsoever with changing locations. However, upon arrival, it became clear to me that what i specifically requested on my reservation was not available like it was stated. Uhaul contacted me, and we had an agreement on downsizing 1 of the 2, 26’ trucks to 20’. (major inconvenience) Because of this I was told that I was gonna be discounted and price was to be adjusted. Long story short, Uhaul never upheld their word to the agreement and I was charged fully. Side note: I even got a storage unit on site in effect of this major mishaps. My experience has been better in the past.

VICTOR MTypically when I've rented from U-haul in the past, I would show up to get my equipment and would be told my truck wasn't available even though I had a reservation and would be no help trying to find a truck somewhere else. This time, I actually got a call from the location I was supposed to pick up from the night before saying they wouldn't have a truck for me but found me one at another location. Even though it was further away I was able to get my truck which saved the day.

James FRyan did a great job helping to secure the trailer to my vehicle. The roadway inside the facility were rough. It would be better if they tried to smooth the surfaces.
