Original location had received the truck damaged and wouldn't have it repaired before my pickup date, was directed to pickup a simlar truck from this location. This location was a corner lot of a closed store, keys were not in the key box. Had to call customer support when the location was supposed to be open, got the combo for both key boxes, keys weren't in them, got the combo for the key return box which had the keys in it. Truck was left with 1/8th tank. Still had to drive to the original location to pickup the vehicle trailer.

The area is sketchy. When I stopped by the gas station on my trip, I decided to look in the unit to make sure a homeless person wasn't in it. Because it was raining when I picked it up, and it was against a building so I had my movers just hook up the trailer and we left, and surely it was a broken television in the unit that I had to dispose of aswell as it smelled terrible I had to clean the unit, moped out the unit ,and also lay down rugs and sheets to insure my furniture wasn't going to be affected. I was upset, but I already had the unit and needed to get my items moved.

Roeveina MIn my opinion East Saint Louis has never been a prime location for any business., however this location was convenient it's right off the interstate for quick on and quick off pick up. Customer service was very helpful and accomadating. I can only say thank you again for the extra effort that was displayed.
