In my opinion East Saint Louis has never been a prime location for any business., however this location was convenient it's right off the interstate for quick on and quick off pick up. Customer service was very helpful and accomadating. I can only say thank you again for the extra effort that was displayed.

Tatyana LThe trailer turn signal, emergency, and brake lights did not work after connecting to the tow vehicle. The running lights worked, so I assumed the trailer was ok to use. A friend who was following me made me aware of the inoperative lights. As well, both forward and aft safety chains were missing. Why was this unit dispatched? I would appreciate a phone call. 618. 980.8905.
