You can let customers drop off closer to home. I put in drop off for Goshen, and got Elkhart 15 miles away. There are at least 2 locations with 2 miles of my home. Did not appreciate that. Especially when I am getting charged for mileage.

Used the no contact check in. It did not work, would not down load. Had to go inside the business to actually rent vehicle. The check out did not work since the rental didn't work ! Recieved a call from U- Haul the next day bc actual business didn't have any employee's working that day. Lady was very pleasant to talk with.

The office smelled like smoke which is incredibly annoying. I left smelling like cigarettes. Also, through no fault of this particular place, the after-hours check in is SO involved and asks a TON of questions for which you have to upload a bunch of pictures. Annoying as well.

I returned the truck 21 hours before the deadline and still was charged the same amount. I was also charged more for the mileage. I was not informed of the online return steps until I red the drop box information which was at that time too late due to placing the key within the drop box. I used the truck for one day and 3 hours when it was scheduled to be used for two full days. It would be nice if this information was available during the purchase instead of tricking people out of more money.

Have the location where you upload the pictures, near the bottom for when it asks about condition of truck. It is right under the section about the odometer and gas, I thought that I was only supposed to upload a picture of the odometer. Make that section more clear.

The only negative comment I have is with regards to the amount of fuel that was in the truck. I did not realize until I was already on my way and did not check which is my fault but there was less than a quarter tank of gas when I picked the truck up. I realize that that was my responsibility to check but I did want you to know that the fuel chart on the contract showed it was 5/8 full but there was nowhere near 5/8 tank of gas. Other than that it was a very nice rental.

I had accidentally reserved the wrong size trailer needed to out move. The team at Dawn's Attic were so helpful getting the correct trailer, adjusting paperwork etc. We really appreciated their time and assistance.

Inside of place was a dump and my allergies were bad. Lady was polite and truck was clean.

Rude, took calls on personal cell phone in The middle of talking to me. Refused to give me a printed receipt even though I requested. Was away from the office for 10 minutes after I arrived. (Not on property) very unsatisfied. Explained issues with air and gas and agent was very sharp and rude and quick to tell me it was not her problem and I needed to take it up with corporate. I will NEVER recommend this location.
