ETHAN JThe owner of the variety store was sweeping the floor upon arrival with nobody else in the store. I indicated that I was there to pick up a truck reservation. He told me they would be with me shortly and he continued to sweep the floor until I later asked if someone else was coming. Finally he came to the counter. The pickup process to way too long and I had rented a dolly which was not provided. They said, only if there is one in the truck, which there wasn't. Also, U Haul needs to change the fuel policy and have it so all vehicles are brought back full. This is the way every rental car company does it and it doesn't have you leaving and having to fuel up as soon as you get the vehicle if the tank is low!
