The truck was not running correctly when we got into Iowa. The engine light would keep coming on and it would go into limp mode. I called and they said they could change it out in Des Moines but i was fully loaded and alone. It took me an extra day to get there and had to sleep in the truck in a rest area. the truck got down to 5mpg and averaged 6.2 it cost me over $500 in fuel and it was less than 3/8s of a tank when i picked it up. I am very unhappy and disappointed with this renal experience and i have rented several times from Uhaul. Also the ramp in the back was stuck then i got it out and it was very short like 6ft long we couldnt even use it. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! If you can please contact me in reference to this 859.466.5604. MICHAEL FThe pickup process requested I scan some kind of location barcode. I couldn't find it anywhere so I had to contact customer service to get past that step.
