Great customer service and hospitality. We had issues with flipping over the ball to our hitch and they did everything they could to try to help us. Great people. Great attitude. We will definitely be by their store again.

Uhaul continues to be a rip-off regarding their fueling policy. Unlike rental cars they do not fill the truck up and have you bring it back full. So you're playing a game trying to get the right amount of gas in the truck for the return. Last time I tried to get the gauge where it needed to be by watching it during fueling. They said it wasn't enough. This time I used the fueling guideline in the contract. The truck was on E and I had picked it up at 1/2. Of course, it wasn't even 1/2 and I took pictures and immediately showed it to u-haul personnel who said it was no big deal (even though it was last time). So this time when the paperwork said the 20' truck had a 40 gallon tank and needed to be returned half full I followed their guideline which said I needed to fill up 20 gallons. However, doing this put me at a whopping 3/4 tank! So now I'm stuck with an overfill and trying to get my money back on that. Seems like total scam/con they employ. This is wrong on so many levels. Don't fill-up and let them do it and you're looking at $4+/gallon and a fueling charge. Do it yourself and they'll claim you didn't get the needle exactly where they wanted it or you wind up over-filling. They've got you screwed just about any way you go which is exactly what they must want.
