There was no one at the shop to deal with. The employee of u-haul had to be called to provide me with access to the cargo van I rented.

Isabelle PIn the app when I rented they charged me a price but when I delivered my unit and I got my invoice they charged me almost double the original amount, they added $26 for gasoline which is fine but they charge me $30 for the service of gasoline charge? I consider it an excess and the prices given on the web page are not correct since I repeat it is double the initial budget.
