Reserved two utility dollies that they forgot to put in the truck. Since they weren’t open at time of pickup, I had to drive to another location. When I called to tell them they weren’t there, I was told they’d be removed from my contract. They weren’t. I was charged for two dollies I never got, plus the inconvenience and time required to drive to another location.
