I had to pick up the equipment at 4pm, I said I needed it for 2 hours. The guy gave me 1 hour because they closed at 5pm it needed to be back before then. So I was rushing to try and get my car onto this dolly, run it home, then rush to take it off to get back. Ridiculous. If it needed to be back at 5, then the drop off location should have been somewhere else.

Hector MWe dropped it off after hours, unknowingly, because thats where the website told us to drop it off at. We had to call and find out how to drop it when the gaye was closed and we were charged an additional $100 because the return was processed at 12:30pm. We are due a refund. The truck was returned same day!
