the inside of the back of the truck had a layer of pollen/dirt on the floor, so i’d just suggest giving the back of the trucks a quick clean before renting them out again

I went to the delivery location three times and found no one there. I put enough gas in but I was also unfairly fined. Store in west market no body there.

BENJAMIN PThis location was horrible , they didn’t give me anything I asked for . & then never told me they would be out of anything . I couldn’t use the truck because I couldn’t move the furniture without the equipment I ordered . I Ubered to the place , got dropped off, then I had no choice but to drive the truck home to figure out my options . They gave me no equipment I paid for , & I couldn’t find movers last min. Once I picked up the truck around 6:30 the place was closed . Everything was a waste of time with uhaul. They offered me a refund but I wasted over $30 for Uber , then wasted $80 on a truck I could’ve got else where with the equipment I needed !
