Cam was very helpful and easy to work with. The toy hauler was in excellent shape and clean. It served the purpose. A great experience for sure.

To be fair to the U-Haul location, the weather had been dry until the day that I picked up the truck and the truck may have just arrived at the location (the location is relative new). When I returned the vehicle and showed the representative the leak, he took immediate action: took pictures and reported the leak.
