Upon arriving at Atlas Rentals (5/4/26) to drop off the rented U-Haul trailer I found no one was there and the location was locked up. After speaking with two local residents, I learned that no Atlas Rental employee has been to that location "in a long time", meaning days, weeks or perhaps months. This Hotchkiss drop off location did have an existing U-Haul trailer in the yard, and a U-Haul advertisement sign out front. I spoke (by phone) with a regional U-Haul employee who verified that this location was still listed as a valid U-Haul dealer. So, I dropped off the trailer, photographed its condition and departed the location. I would have felt much more comfortable if someone was there to receive the equipment and provide me with documentation that verified the equipment was returned in a satisfactory condition.

EDEMINIO DPerfect Location as I have to move large loads into Wyatt Houston Mercantile just down the road ~ and the service is great!
CATHLEEN MThe U-Haul was dirty inside; the outside was chipped and cracked and the app wouldn't work so I couldn't upload photos. The trailer door was incredibly hard to shut (didn't have this experience before). The location didn't sell boxes or tape.
