The truck I reserved was not there, and I wasn't informed. I had to go to another location to pickup. The app doesn't work properly. What happened to going into office to reserve, pickup, and drop-off? People lost there jobs. 🤨

ANDREW PThe location did not have the two furniture dollies that I paid for on the order. I was required to drive to another location who only had one dolly to give me which hampered my moving as I needed two of them. I would like to be refunded for only having one dolly as I was charged for two. Because of this I want to make sure I do not get charged for only returning 1 dolly as that was all I was given to begin with.
