It’s a bit rustic and hard to turn around trailer. Customer service was excellent, though.

attentive and with a good attitude
ROGELIO PWas not aware that this new 15' truck did not have cruise control as STANDARD equipment and did not notice until a few miles down the Hwy...too late. Anyway, I highly recommend that U-haul ask all customers as to whether cruise control is required (long haul) or not, if it is just a low mileage rental. I had to keep my foot on the gas for 11 hours of driving over the weekend...lots of lower leg muscle stress. Other than that I would suggest Uhaul make a one page "cheat sheet" to offer customers on any of their rental models.... with the basics like setting the clock, resetting trip odometers, programing/scanning radio stations, etc....just the basics.
